During the month of May, our groups have been a bit crazy due to MCAS testing. In grades 1-4, we decided to take advantage of this time with short weeks and use it to work on and develop our Reader's Theater Plays. We are working across grade levels to practice reading our parts fluently and with expression as well as create costumes, scenery, and props. It actually turned out to be a nice break during testing time and it is still learning which is connected to the standards and our Reading Street curriculum. We hope to perform these for Kindergarten and First Grade sometime in June!
Hi! I'm Mrs. Kosiorek and I'm excited to share all of the fun learning going on in Room 2 in our K-5 ELL program! My goal is to update our blog monthly. Please enjoy and don't forget to leave a comment!
